When it comes to the wonderful world of plastic surgery, there’s probably nothing the surgeons haven’t been asked to perform. From the butt lifts, facelifts, boob lifts, and the Human Ken Doll – there’s no surprising these doctors. However, since the rise of the Trump family, a number of American women are parting with tens of thousands of dollars in order to look like Donald’s eldest daughter, Ivanka.
According to Texan plastic surgeon Dr. Franklin Rose, the most requested Ivanka features are her nose, breasts, and face.
New York-based plastic surgeon, Dr. Norman Rowe, has claimed that there’s now even a set “Permanent Ivanka” look that many women are buying for $40,000. This involves procedures to widen their cheekbones, eyes and slim down their noses.
“Maybe they just like the look, but also that [Ivanka’s] a powerful woman, self-confident, part of the first family. Do they want to be her? Yes, deep down, maybe,” he said.

Aside from 36-year-old Ivanka’s good looks, she is admired by many for her work as a businesswoman, fashion designer, author, mother, actor, and, since her father’s Donald’s election in 2016, being an advisor to the President of the United States.
While many women are also trying to emulate Melania, Dr. Rowe made a point of adding that no one has asked to be turned into President Trump. “I’ve never had anybody come in and say, ‘Make me into a Donald!’”
Thirty-three-year-old Tiffany Taylor from Texas is one of the many women who have gone on a mission to look like Ivanka Trump.
She is pictured below having undergone two rounds of plastic surgery to look like her idol from Dr.Franklin Rose, explaining what she already has had done and how she needs a third round of plastic to get the look just right.
“I like Ivanka Trump’s classic features,” she said, “and that’s what I’m modeling the look after.”
For her third round of Ivanka surgery, Tiffany had another nose job and her eyelids done. This is what she looked like after the surgery which she claimed set her back a staggering $60,000.
“I see perfection,” she said of her Ivanka look. “Absolutely stunning perfection. It’s like an art piece.”
